At cosnova, we believe in the power of creative expression to shape brands, connect communities and inspire self-expression. For our in-house creative studio, we are looking for a Copywriter (m/f/d) with a strong focus on social media, brand tonality and the intelligent use of generative AI.
The role combines hands-on social copywriting with strategic ownership of tone of voice and AI-supported copy workflows. It is positioned at a mid-to-senior level within the creative studio. You will help ensure that our brands speak authentically, creatively and consistently across languages, platforms and tools.
Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.
You create platform-native social media copy in English and German for essence and Catrice, tailored to channels like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
You ensure a consistent, social-first brand tone of voice, with a strong feel for Gen Z language, beauty and lifestyle trends
You manage multiple copy projects efficiently, balancing speed, creativity and quality
You own and shape the use of generative AI in social copywriting, defining quality standards and editorial guidelines
You evaluate and refine AI-generated content and share best practices across teams
You stay on top of social, language and AI trends and proactively inspire creative and marketing teams

Several years of experience as a copywriter, ideally with a strong focus on social media
Excellent written skills in both English and German (near-native level)
Proven ability to write original, culturally fluent copy in both language
Strong understanding of brand tonality and social-first language
Practical experience with generative AI tools for copywriting, combined with a strong interest in exploring and developing their use further
High sensitivity for language, nuance and cultural context
Creative, curious and open to experimentation
Collaborative and confident in sharing expertise
Nice to have: Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle brands and in fast-paced, high-volume content environments
