
Overview
The Product Manager, Adjacent Markets, is responsible for owning the commercial release strategies to achieve Outright Sales Plan targets. This role partners closely with commercial and product leadership to develop and lead structured release programs, optimize market performance, and drive strategic visibility across the portfolio. The Product Manager, Adjacent Markets, helps drive strategic expansion by assessing emerging markets to identify sustainable opportunities and ensure long-term feasibility. What You'll Do
Develop and complete commercial release strategies in alignment with Outright Sale Plan targets, ensuring timely and effective completion. Lead the structured product release program, collaborating with commercial leaders to optimize market performance and portfolio health. Create and maintain strategic launch plans, track progress against commercial targets, and communicate updates to key team members. Develop and advance Business Cases that guide critical initiatives from concept through executive decision. Coordinate road shows and other promotional activities to support product visibility and customer engagement. Own and maintain the Outright Sale strategy deck, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals and messaging. Analyze performance data to see opportunities for portfolio optimization and strategic adjustments. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of release plans and alignment with customer expectations. Support broader Adjacent markets initiatives, including test bank programs and critical metric tracking. Ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations, including registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and other jurisdictions as required. What We're Looking For
Bachelors’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or equivalent preferred Experience in Historical Horse Racing (HHR), casino gaming, or adjacent regulated gaming markets is highly desirable Prior experience in casino gaming, gaming technology, or regulated gaming environments strongly preferred Familiarity with gaming regulations and jurisdictional requirements within casino, route markets or HHR markets is a plus 5+ years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or related roles Project Management experience leading teams, execution planning, conflict resolution, verbal and written communication Solid understanding of data analytics and how to leverage data to drive business growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative problem solver who is proactive and can self-manage About Aristocrat

Up to 25% Pay Range
$93,625 - $173,875 per year Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
