Take responsibility for the entire process—from prospecting to proposals and closing deals. Lead Generation:

Combine networking, cold calling, and engaging with key decision-makers from various industries. Market Research:
Gather essential company information to kickstart new business relationships. CRM Mastery:
Use Salesforce to manage and develop leads and opportunities. Achieve Targets:
Hit your individual KPIs for contact rates and follow-ups on new business activities. Marketing Insights:
Optimize online lead funnels and support digital marketing efforts. Portfolio Management:
Take full responsibility for your own client portfolio, focusing on retention and growth. Stay Ahead:

Participate in regular team meetings and presentations—on-site and remote. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or comparable completed apprenticeship. Ideally, initial experience in sales/business development, online marketing, call center/B2B software, or lead generation—but motivated career changers are welcome! Creativity, technical curiosity, and analytical thinking. Proactive mindset and
