Our global ambition is to reach 3 million operators by 2030 via an online & off-line contact strategy. Within the US, the focus of UFS Customer Development and Marketing is to engage with customers in unique and specific ways to generate demand for our professional brands and create long term value for our partners. As a CMI Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the North America business by assisting in research execution and insight generation that informs marketing and sales strategies. This role focuses on learning and applying research fundamentals, supporting senior team members, and ensuring insights are translated into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities
Research Support: Assist in coordinating qualitative and quantitative research projects with foodservice operators, including preparing briefs, managing timelines, and liaising with agencies. Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze data from multiple sources (consumer, operator, market) to support category and portfolio decisions. Insights Activation: Help transform research findings into clear, concise presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Learning Plan Execution: Support the implementation of learning plans aligned with business priorities. Trend Monitoring: Track and summarize emerging foodservice and consumer trends to inform innovation and marketing strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure insights are embedded in decision-making. Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, or related field (internship or agency experience preferred). Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods; exposure to FMCG or foodservice is a plus. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with digital research tools is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
