Elkhorn, NE (In-office, eligible for one remote day per week, after 90 days)
OCI is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team in Elkhorn. This role is key to shaping our brand through impactful design and engaging content. You’ll help bring OCI’s “Insurance Made Simple” mission to life through consistent, high-quality visuals across email, social media, partner-facing materials, and company events.
Responsibilities
Design branded marketing assets including flyers, brochures, email and landing page graphics, and event materials
Support social media execution by creating on-brand content and repurposing email campaigns into platform-ready posts
Create and edit short-form video and photo content for social media, the OCI website, and company events
Collaborate with internal teams to produce educational materials for our agent partners
Support OCI leadership by translating requests into clear, on-brand deliverables
Qualifications What You Bring:
Proven skills and experience in graphic design and video editing, with an eye for clean layouts, brand consistency, and engaging visual storytelling. Photography experience is a bonus
Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content execution
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro); Canva experience is a plus
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and website builders (e.g., WordPress) are helpful
The Rock Star Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in Graphic Design
