COMPENSATION RANGE: 90,000.00 - 100,000.00
Summary Entravision is expanding our digital services team and hiring a Graphic Designer to support businesses nationwide. This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and industries.
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing campaign strategy to life through strong visual execution. This role works closely with account management, paid media, and content teams to ensure creative assets are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
This role is ideal for designers who understand how creative impacts engagement, conversion, and overall campaign success.
Essential Functions
You have a strong eye for design and visual consistency
You understand how creative impacts digital performance
You are detail-oriented and organized
You can manage multiple projects and deadlines
You take feedback well and apply it quickly
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
You work well with cross-functional teams
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What You’ll Do
Design creative assets for digital campaigns including:
Paid social ads
Display ads
OTT/CTV graphics
Website and landing page visuals
Develop static and simple animated assets as needed
Ensure creative aligns with campaign strategy, messaging, and brand guidelines
Collaborate with content and paid media teams to align visuals with copy and performance goals
Create multiple creative variations to support A/B testing
Resize and adapt creative assets across platforms and formats
Maintain organized creative files and version control
Support quick-turn creative requests and campaign refreshes
Preferred Backgrounds
Graphic design experience in digital marketing or advertising
Agency or in-house creative experience
Experience designing for paid media platforms
Familiarity with multiple industries and verticals
Experience supporting performance-driven campaigns
Requirements
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
Must provide samples or a portfolio of previous design work
