30092479**SALARY:** $82,400 - $92,700, bonus eligible**COMPANY:****ROLE SUMMARY:**Of course, our sales organization includes our field reps (who sell our leading brands into retail accounts, bars and restaurants across the country) but that barely scratches the surface. Opportunities include roles in forecasting, trade marketing, business and wholesaler development, pricing and promotion analysis and key account management; it’s the strategic side of how we sell our beer. Sales are the backbone of our company—we work hard to get our product in the hands of every one of our target consumers… of legal drinking age of course.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Understand chain-specific programming, mandates and authorizations* Manage the storage and cascade of chain specific communications including planners, ads, and planograms and cascade to sales team* Collaborate with Chain Key Account Managers to identify gaps and create plans to address them* Develop strong relationships with local management of chain accounts and work with them to achieve aligned objectives* Responsible for execution of trade programs in market (subject to change monthly)* Use data and analytics to manage out-of-stocks and INBIs* POCM management: assist in allocating POCM and communicate to sales team when new POCM is available* Management of activation teams: meet with third-party agencies to review schedule, results and budgets for each activation program.* Connect with Sales Directors on all issues and sales opportunities relevant to their position including merchandising, marketing, and any other relevant plans/actions**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor's Degree (emphasis in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is strongly desired)* Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling)* Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)* High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations* Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred* Effective Communications/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills* Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries* Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment* Driven to deliver results against stretch targets* Understanding of key sales metrics: Price, Promotion, retail ads and display execution**WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:**
