Lead and coordinate the Field and Sales training program, EQUIP, for the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies business unit
Identify ongoing educational and project needs and create key learning events in collaboration with stakeholders
Provide leadership and management to team members focused on training operations
Develop and optimize training schedules and resources for efficiency
Investigate training needs and develop plans that align with business priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience plus 8 years of medical device sales or clinical field training program leadership experience
Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience plus 6 years of related experience
