What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with Product teams to create product configurations and communicate operational implications
Maintain product records and ensure data integrity across operations technology stack and third-party partners
Serve as a subject matter expert on product configuration and customer experience related to supply chain workflows
Ensure timely availability of finished product files for supply chain functions and fulfillment readiness
Identify process and cost efficiency opportunities in collaboration with operations, vendors, and product teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience managing print production or materials kit production
At least 3 years of experience in project management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in supply chain management or continuous improvement
Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about sharing findings and actionable insights
Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets, JIRA, or Lucidchart
Experience in the education technology field
