Key responsibilities include ensuring designs meet company standards, accurately reflecting blueprints, and communicating with production teams, customers, and sales staff to guarantee project accuracy. The role requires a strong understanding of construction, basic math, geometry, trigonometry, and the ability to read architectural and structural plans. Qualifications
Construction knowledge:
A strong understanding of basic construction principles. Technical skills:
Proficiency in reading architectural and structural plans. Math and geometry:
Competency in basic mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry. Software:
Experience with Alpine truss software is a plus. Problem-solving:
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve design problems. Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Compensation
