Responsibilities
Prioritize safety in all activities.
Act with professionalism and integrity toward customers and coworkers.
Use in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative pest solution for each customer.
Prospect new business and manage assigned leads; Orkin provides a robust advertising budget.
Schedule sales appointments and explain Orkin’s products and services to homeowners, giving them peace of mind.
Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ homes; training is provided.
Recommend solutions based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and maintain organization.
We Offer
Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year and a company vehicle with a gas card.
During the initial 90 days, compensation is $28.85 per hour; after licensure, transition to an exempt structure that includes a base salary plus commission.
