This is a
high-visibility, client-facing role
designed for professionals who can effectively balance
sales execution, financial understanding, and administrative discipline . You will represent Pineapple Capital Group at
major hotel and commercial real estate conferences
(including
AAHOA and similar events ), engage directly with
hotel owners and decision-makers , and help originate
qualified deal flow
for our capital markets team. This role requires
administrative, analytical, and sales capabilities —and is built for individuals who are
confident, polished, persuasive , and comfortable serving as the
front-facing representative of a capital advisory platform . Act as a front-facing representative with
hotel owners, operators, and investors Generate and qualify
high-quality leads
through conferences, networking, and direct outreach Build and manage client relationships from
initial introduction through deal handoff Clearly communicate
equity and debt financing solutions
in a persuasive, professional manner Represent the firm at
national hotel and CRE conferences Analytical & Financial Support
Develop and apply working knowledge of
hotel and CRE financial fundamentals Assist with
initial deal screening
and transaction viability assessment Support preparation of
introductory deal summaries and lender-ready information Coordinate with senior originators and capital markets team on active opportunities Maintain accurate tracking of
leads, follow-ups, and deal status Coordinate meetings, client communications, and follow-up execution Organize and manage
client documentation and deal materials Ensure smooth internal coordination across sales and capital markets functions Conference & Travel
Paid travel to major hotel and CRE conferences Flights, lodging, and conference expenses fully covered Direct exposure to
owners, lenders, and capital partners Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or client-facing roles Strong understanding of
finance and commercial real estate concepts
(hospitality preferred) Highly effective
communicator and relationship builder Comfortable operating in
high-touch, in-person networking environments Professional presence, confidence, and attention to detail Results-oriented with strong follow-through Experience in
hospitality, CRE, capital markets, luxury sales, or relationship-based selling
