We are a highly specialized law firm focused exclusively on the Marchman Act and Guardianship cases, serving families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. This is not high-volume intake for a general practice. This is meaningful work with real impact. What You’ll Do
As a Case Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through their initial questions and helping determine whether our firm is the right fit for their situation. You will gather key facts, explain next steps, and connect families with the appropriate legal pathway, all with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. Key Responsibilities
Handling consultations with families seeking help with addiction or incapacity matters Conducting structured consult calls to assess eligibility and urgency Educating families on the Marchman Act and Guardianship options Accurately documenting information in our CRM and case management systems Coordinating next steps with attorneys, client concierge, and legal staff Maintaining professionalism and compassion in high-emotion conversations Who You Are
You are calm under pressure and emotionally intelligent You can balance empathy with structure and process You communicate clearly and confidently by phone and in writing You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with systems and scripts You thrive in a role with high accountability and clear expectations You understand that accuracy and follow-through matter Experience & Skills
Prior experience in sales, case management, or client services required Strong verbal communication skills Comfortable with call volume and performance metrics Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM and legal software quickly Prior legal, healthcare, or social services experience preferred Why Robinson & Casey
