Overview NexGen and works in partnership with various retailers (Home Depot, Lowes, Costco) to provide customers with tune-up/replacement options for Heating, Cooling, and Water Treatment. As a member of the team in the Sales Lead Generator position, you will identify potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue. The goal is to schedule customers for Heating, Cooling, and Water Treatment service appointments offered by NexGen.

Pay $20 / hr. + commission

Hours

25 - 30 hours part-time, or 30+ hours full-time

What Will I Do?

Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with Home Depot, Lowes and Costco

Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store

Proactively greet customers, engage in informative/investigative conversation, qualify potential purchasers, and schedule a sales appointment for Heating, Cooling, and Water Treatment services

Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot, Lowes and Costco store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store

Educate and build awareness about the HVAC and Water Treatment Program for Home Depot, Lowes and Costco customers and store employees

Achieve specified program KPIs and goals (leads generated)

Attend required meetings and training courses

Do I Have What It Takes?

Great face-to-face people skills and has an outgoing, positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude

Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection

Must be a self-starter with a results-driven disposition

Active listener able to ask open-ended discovery questions to potential customers

Intuitive ability to measure customer interest

Must be Detail oriented with good time management skills

Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment commitment from potential customers

Ability to stand and/or walk for 4-8 hours at a time

Ability to use a smart phone utilizing apps, email and text

Ability to work weekends
