Account Manager

(5-8 years’ experience) to lead client strategy, execution, and account management for a growing roster of hospitality brands in the DMV. This contract role is intentionally structured to start at 10-15 hours per week, with hours increasing as client goals are met and accounts scale. The expectation is a clear progression into a full-time role over time. Key Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy and day-to-day execution for 2–5 hospitality clients. Set sales and marketing goals with clients — and make sure they’re met. Lead bi-weekly client meetings, set clear priorities, and manage timelines and deliverables. Oversee marketing “engines” that drive consistent sales, including: email marketing, social media strategy and content, influencer and earned media outreach, event marketing, website, Google, Yelp, and online profile optimization Develop creative marketing campaigns that engage target audiences Partner with clients on events and activations that build community and brand awareness Manage client marketing calendars and work with them to plan ahead for events, marketing initiatives and other opportunities Manage marketing performance reports and communicate results clearly to clients Work with the AGM team, including Account Manager, Influencer Marketing Managers, and Marketing Associate, for creative, administrative, and logistical support. Qualifications

5-8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in

hospitality or lifestyle brands . Located in the DMV Proven success leading and executing strategic, results-driven B to C marketing campaigns. Excellent writing and communication skills — from marketing plans to media pitches. Experience creating email marketing campaigns. Highly organized, responsive, and proactive; thrives in a fast-moving environment. Positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset. Ability to increase hours and responsibilities as the role grows. What We Offer
