
Account Executive, Business Leadership - Sports Hydration Brands

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a dynamic teammate that is passionate about helping athletes perform at their best! This role will be the conduit for the POWERADE and BodyArmor brands to the system and their partners through managing the elite collegiate and professional partnerships, as well as a team of industry experts in athletic training, nutrition, and strength/conditioning. The ideal candidate has experience in collegiate or professional sports team operations, marketing, or sports medicine/performance.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Provide support to regional BASN College & University Teams, high schools and Bottler Partners
Develop and deliver best-in-class service for all contracted properties in region through strong communication and relationship building
Assist with operational logistics with partners and governing bodies (NCAA, US Soccer, etc.)
Maintain knowledge equipment ordering process, as well as sell-in and train partners on usage
Proactively and credibly deliver POWERADE & BASN product message across entire product portfolio and address efficacy claims
Actively develop and relay product and equipment innovation ideas and future thinking to the Sideline Manager and POWERADE & BASN Teams utilizing feedback from sports partners
Look opportunistically beyond the training room to build relationships
Assist with forecasting and demand of future needs based on partner feedback
Act as a subject matter expert on all POWERADE & BASN producst innovations
Regional NATA and national professional organization representative
Develop and maintain rapport with clients, partner agencies and sponsorship partners, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
Provide oversight to sports partners for summer camp program on a case-by-case basis
Ensure product placement to ensure high BASN visibility at partner events
Support Momentum's values

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
Bachelor's degree required in related field
2+ years of relevant experience with high school, collegiate or professional team operations or sports medicine/performance
Hydration category experience required
Highly organized as well as ability to be highly flexible and problem solve in a fast-paced atmosphere
Proactive self-starter, able to identify projects and tasks, and see them through execution
Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between partners and projects
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful
Polished, professional demeanor, team player
Able to problem solve, seek alternative solutions, and propose innovative ideas
Travel is required
