Serve as a technical resource for roofing products, applications, and application equipment Provide onsite and remote support including product start-ups, application troubleshooting, and ongoing technical assistance Conduct customer training on product specifications, application methods, equipment usage, and best practices Identify market trends, application challenges, and innovation opportunities, and communicate insights to Sales, Marketing, and R&D Support new product launches through training, field trials, and customer feedback collection Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience 1–5 years of experience in technical service, applications, construction materials, roofing, or related industries Ability to troubleshoot basic application and equipment issues with guidance Willingness to travel 30–40%, including approximately 5 overnight stays per month Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company-provided vehicle Preferred Qualifications
