As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Floor & Decor, you’ll be the connective tissue behind the messages our customers rely on—making sure the right communication lands at the right time, every time. Your work ensures promotional campaigns, loyalty moments, store openings, and operational updates are executed with precision across email, SMS, and app push. When lifecycle marketing works seamlessly, customers feel understood—and the business moves faster because of it. Your Day Consists Of
Managing and maintaining the lifecycle communications calendar across email, SMS, and app push to ensure cross-channel alignment Coordinating schedules, priorities, and timelines for promotions, store events, loyalty messaging, and operational communications Supporting QA and proofing to ensure accuracy in content, links, personalization, targeting, and deployment timing Partnering with content, creative, CRM, Pro, Brand, Field, and Project Management teams to track assets, approvals, and readiness Monitoring campaign execution and proactively flagging risks, gaps, or issues before they impact delivery Maintaining documentation and contributing to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and clarity You’ll Be Successful With
2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or digital marketing—or a highly organized coordination role within marketing Comfort working across email platforms and familiarity with SMS or app push communications Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once High attention to detail and confidence working within structured processes and timelines Basic understanding of segmentation, triggered messaging, and customer journeys Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Work Environment / Physical Expectations
Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment Benefits & Rewards
