Sales Manager Bowery & Bash is a fast-growing event rental company specializing in high-end furniture, bars, and dining pieces. We bring creative visions to life for corporate events, weddings, and experiential brand activations. We’re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Role Overview The Senior Marketing Coordinator plays a hands-on, strategic role in executing and evolving our marketing efforts across digital, experiential, and brand channels. This position is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with a strong aesthetic sensibility, a deep understanding of luxury and design-driven clients, and the ability to independently manage initiatives from concept through execution. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting growth through thoughtful campaigns, strong digital presence, and data-informed decision making. This role requires comfort working across tools, platforms, and teams, as well as the ability to pivot quickly and take initiative in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Own and execute lead generation strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels Build, manage, and optimize campaigns that support sales goals and seasonal initiatives Partner with leadership to refine audience targeting and conversion pathways Manage lead capture forms, landing pages, and CRM integrations Social Media, Email & Campaign Execution Plan, execute, and manage content calendars across social platforms aligned with brand voice and visual standards Develop and deploy email campaigns (nurture, announcements, promotions) using HubSpot or similar platforms Coordinate integrated campaigns across social, email, paid media, and website Track engagement, test performance, and iterate for continuous improvement Website Management Maintain and update the company website via WordPress, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and performance Collaborate on new page builds, landing pages, and UX improvements Ensure website content supports SEO, lead generation, and brand positioning Manage plugins, basic troubleshooting, and content updates independently SEO & Digital Visibility Execute ongoing SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements Monitor rankings, site health, and performance metrics Partner with paid media efforts (Google Ads) to ensure alignment between organic and paid search strategies Photography, Reviews & Brand Assets Source, curate, and organize photography and visual assets for use across marketing channels Manage online reviews and reputation platforms, including review requests and responses Coordinate with photographers, designers, and vendors as needed Ensure all assets reflect a refined, brand-consistent aesthetic Special Projects Support and lead cross-functional marketing initiatives as they arise Assist with brand partnerships, launches, and one-off campaigns Contribute creative and strategic thinking to evolving marketing priorities Metrics, Reporting & Analysis Track and report on marketing performance metrics across campaigns, channels, and platforms Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review Use insights to recommend optimizations and strategic adjustments Stay current on marketing, social media, digital, and design trends relevant to luxury and experiential brands Proactively bring forward new ideas, tools, and opportunities for testing and growth Events & On-Site Support Attend 2–3 weekday or occasional weekend events per month for content capture + support Collaborate with internal teams and partners during event execution Competitive Analysis Conduct monthly competitive and market analysis Monitor competitor positioning, messaging, digital presence, and campaigns Share insights and recommendations with leadership to inform strategy Qualifications & ExperienceRequired 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury, hospitality, design, interiors or event-adjacent industries Experience with: HubSpot (email + basic workflows/lists/reporting) Content + writing + calendar management Comfortable updating WordPress (content/pages) Graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) Strong understanding of design-minded, premium clientele and brand expectations Experience identifying, creating, and managing media assets across channels Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning multiple initiatives at once Confident working independently while collaborating cross-functionally Preferred Experience partnering with a paid media vendor SEO depth (technical/on-page strategy) Experience supporting experiential or event-driven brands Strong eye for visual storytelling and content curation Comfort interpreting data and translating insights into action Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly Strategic thinker with strong execution skills Socially fluent and culturally aware, especially across digital platforms Professional, reliable, and accountable To apply: Send cover letter + resume to careers@boweryandbash.com & please include 1–2 examples of work (email, landing page, campaign, or social) Salary Range:
