40014797If you have what it takes to become part of the Vistra family and would like to start a promising career with a global leader, take a look at the exciting employment opportunities that are currently available and apply online.**Job Summary**As a member of the Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Associate will coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure the delivery of a consistent brand or marketing experience through integrated brand building programs, ensuring our customers and prospects feel supported, assured and worry-free and our consultants feel informed, engaged and appreciated.**Job Description****Key Roles & Responsibilities*** Ability to create innovative marketing plans that meet timelines, on budget and strategy while achieving program goals and ROI* Day-to-day contact for internal and external partners on campaigns* Provide weekly updates to key internal and external stakeholders, while leading insights and recommendations on future campaigns* Develops core messaging and content strategy for both consumer and business-to-business products and services.* Facilitating and securing all approvals on messaging, creative development, legal review and overall programs to ensure alignment with company standards**Education, Experience & Skill Requirements*** 5+ years marketing experience with a proven track record in creating and managing highly successful & visible marketing programs* Strong writing and analytical capabilities* Experience managing and overseeing 3rd party vendors/partners* Strong work ethic with effective team collaboration skills* Proven ability to effectively project manage and be detail-oriented* High School diploma or equivalent required.**Key Metrics**Achieve annual plan targets for:* Channel gains and/or losses* Margin targets* Brand awareness and customer experience/satisfaction* Develop and execute a sales‑driven annual direct marketing strategy (direct mail and email) that supports residential and SMB acquisition, margin, and brand goals* Own day‑to‑day management of direct marketing campaigns, serving as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners* Lead campaign planning, targeting, and offer strategy, partnering with analytics and channel teams to maintain an annual Learning Agenda and leverage testing to refine creative, messaging, cadence, and offers* Drive creative development and innovation with agencies to evolve messaging, personalization, and design to improve response and conversion* Manage campaign workflows, timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure efficient, compliant execution across print, mail, and email channels* Analyze and report on campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to optimize results and ROI* Support DM efforts (as needed) for other Vistra brands, applying best practices and efficiencies* Identify ongoing opportunities to improve process, performance, and customer experience across direct marketing channels**Job Family**Marketing**Company**Vistra Retail Operations Company**Locations**Irving, TexasTexas### *We are a company of people committed to:
