Responsibilities
Supervising lead generation and Follow Up Boss database
Working with agents to maximize lead conversion
Creating drip campaigns for agents' sphere of influence and past clients
Creating internal and external print and marketing materials
Social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram
Qualifications
Great written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and enjoys creating a program from the ground up
Database experience
Basic graphic design ability
College degree preferred but not required; equivalent work experience is sufficient
Technical aptitude to learn multiple computer applications
Working knowledge of GSuite
Working knowledge of Google Ads
Compensation $52,000 per year
