We’re looking for a
Director of Experiential Partnerships
to help grow our
artist-side experiential business --
bringing in new artists, managers and label partners and helping shape creative experiential ideas that push the boundaries of artist-to-fan experiences. This role is part-time -- with the opportunity to grow into full-time -- and ideal for someone who is passionate about the future of experiential in music culture: pop-ups, stunts, unique events, live moments, IRL fan activations, etc. What You’ll Do
Growth & Artist Relationships
Source/develop new experiential opportunities with artists, managers, and labels Leverage existing relationships across music, nightlife and culture Lead early conversations and help close new experiential work Collaborate on scopes, creative framing, and deal structure Creative Conception
Help originate experiential ideas (pop-ups, live moments, stunts, installations) Translate artist goals into creative IRL concepts that make sense at smaller scales Support pitch development and client conversations Work with internal teams to refine ideas before handoff to production Who You Are
8+ years in music marketing, experiential, live events, partnerships, or creative roles Experience working with artists, managers, labels, or music-adjacent teams Passionate about music marketing, experiential & internet culture Independent, self-directed, & quick to respond to team & clients NYC-based preferred but not mandatory
