
Job Summary
Responsible for the design and production of media used in print and digital applications to support marketing and sales communications. Ensure product, sales, and brand collateral goes to market in a timely fashion and within the brand’s established identity.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute on-brand media elements including: product packaging, in-store merchandising, marketing and sales collateral, etc.
Execute in-house product photography and support external photography shoots as deemed appropriate.
Support the development of advertising assets (including but not limited to: social, website, emails, video, and signage) ensuring consistency with the brand.
Prepare final production of media and graphic files for use.
Assist with print coordination, press checks, and proofs.
Work with third-party agencies to obtain translations.
Manage and maintain an archive of project files and assets.
Other duties as deemed necessary.
Qualification Requirements Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field of study.
Minimum Work Experience:
Three (3) years within a design firm, ad agency, or other creative team environment. Relevant experience within the consumer products industry is preferred.
License(s) / Certification(s):
None.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of graphic design concepts and standards.
Knowledge of packaging files for final output to print.
Knowledge of the commercial print publication process.
Strong proficiency using a Mac and/or PC to include graphic design and media management software solutions (i.e., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Creative Cloud).
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Publication quality photography skills.
Time management skills to include the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within and outside the organization.
Organizational skills and the ability to maintain information in a logical and well thought out manner.
Attention to detail.
Ability to regularly work under time constraints with frequent interruptions.
Ability to adapt easily to changes in priorities.
Ability to be results oriented, exhibit creativity and be resourceful.
Ability to express ideas and concepts in a way that is easily understood.
Ability to regularly demonstrate initiative and be assertive when necessary.
