As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking an

Inside Sales Representative

who thrives in a

relationship-driven, consultative sales environment . This role is ideal for a motivated, data-minded sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, working with diverse product lines, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive outreach and thoughtful account management.

What You’ll Do

Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and targeted outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Analyze customer and sales data using internal tools (including Tableau) to identify growth opportunities

Recommend products based on customer needs, usage, pricing, and complementary items

Accurately document customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM

Resolve customer concerns professionally, maintaining trust and long-term relationships

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve product offerings and sales strategies

Continuously follow up with customers to gather feedback and increase satisfaction and retention

Maintain a high level of organization, time management, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with outbound calling, upselling, and pipeline management

Proficient with CRM systems (Repsly or similar preferred), Excel, and order entry

Self-motivated, reliable, and organized

Ability to commute to or relocate near the office prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual skills (English with Arabic and/or Turkish strongly preferred)

Experience in food distribution, CPG, or wholesale sales

Familiarity with data-driven sales environments

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
