Key Responsibilities
Consult with homeowners about their in-home comfort needs, offering expert guidance with professionalism and confidence
Present tailored HVAC solutions that align with customer preferences, budget, and home specs
Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business clients across Central Ohio
Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, technicians, support staff) to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for every customer
Maintain deep knowledge of Apex products, services, and promotions
Close deals, follow through, and deliver results while keeping the customer's needs first
Requirements
Prior HVAC or home services sales experience preferred
Strong communicator with a consultative, customer-centered approach
Technically minded able to explain HVAC systems and energy efficiency concepts in simple terms
Self-motivated and organized skilled at managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups
Experience using CRM systems and mobile sales tools
Positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass a background check
