Mission
You will
recruit ,
onboard , and
grow
a strong ecosystem of
ERP integrators, accounting firms, VARs, IT service providers, and business travel partners . You are responsible for applying and executing N2F’s partner strategy locally, ensuring consistent adoption of our partner model across Germany. You will work in close alignment with — and under the guidance of — the Head of Channel & Partnerships, who defines the global strategy and supports you in maximizing local impact. This is a hybrid role combining partner
acquisition, enablement, and revenue generation . You will collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, Product, and cross-functional teams to build a predictable partner-led go-to-market motion. Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment
Identify and prioritize high-value partners across ERP, accounting, IT services, and business travel ecosystems, leveraging your existing network to accelerate acquisition Assess strategic fit, business potential, and alignment with N2F’s go-to-market strategy Build and own your partner portfolio from the ground up
Onboarding & Enablement
Enable partners on N2F’s product, value proposition, and commercial methodology Certify partner teams, develop internal champions, and support early-stage customer cycles Partner with Sales & Marketing to create structured co-selling and co-marketing motions
Partner Management
Develop and strengthen long-term, trust-based relationships with key partners Manage and grow the partner pipeline through structured follow-up, shared forecasts, and regular reviews Drive revenue through co-selling, joint opportunity qualification, and QBRs
Go-to-Market Execution
Activate partners through local events, webinars, and ecosystem initiatives Represent N2F in the German ERP, fintech, and business travel ecosystem Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and the Product Team to ensure alignment and flawless execution

Revenue closed via partners Partner-generated pipeline Profile
Excellent command of German (C2 level) , both written and spoken with proficient English (French optional but helpful) Experience in channel management, business development, or ERP/Finance software Solid understanding of the German travel/ERP/accounting/IT ecosystem — with an existing network Understanding of technical integrations (ERPs, CRMs, travel systems, etc.) Autonomous, structured, accountable, and execution-driven Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Comfortable being in the field and representing N2F in the ecosystem Willingness to
travel 30–50%
