Accountabilities

Track and maintain customer satisfaction Manage existing relationships Manage Day 2 projects and pricing What You Bring to the Role

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, design, or project management within the commercial office furniture industry or a related field (design experience preferred) Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn other systems and programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively within a clearly defined business process Capability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, allocate time, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances A resilient mindset to navigate potential changes under tight turnaround times Resourceful problem solver: quickly clarifying challenges, evaluating alternatives, and proposing solutions Ability to quickly learn and master new software CAP specification highly preferred Skills in professional communication and the willingness to develop and invest in relationships with customers and team members Willingness to attend networking events, out-of-state industry training, and customer events as required Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the state as needed Physical requirements: regular sitting, occasional standing/walking, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds; travel between offices, jobsites, and client locations may be required What We Bring To The Table
