Role Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management: Own Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth for all member and partner data; maintain data integrity through hygiene, deduplication, and validation rules; design and implement custom objects, fields, and page layouts to capture engagement touchpoints; build executive dashboards tracking MQL-to-member conversion rates, engagement scores, retention rates, CLV, churn risk, and pipeline velocity; create dynamic segmentation models using Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity data; implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.
Marketing Automation & Journey Orchestration: Design and deploy automated engagement journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot for new member onboarding sequences, renewal campaigns with predictive churn modeling, win-back campaigns for lapsed members, and event registration/post-event nurture flows; integrate Salesforce with marketing stack (email platforms, webinar tools, social, web analytics); execute A/B testing protocols to optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics; build attribution models to track marketing touchpoint ROI across the funnel.
Revenue Operations & Pipeline Management: Partner with the business development (Membership) team to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion through improved routing, response times, and sales enablement; generate weekly/monthly pipeline reports showing new opportunities, stage progression, forecast accuracy, close rates, etc.; conduct cohort analysis to identify high-performing member segments and expansion opportunities; track engagement metrics such as content downloads, event attendance, research utilization, advocacy activities; calculate and report member acquisition cost (MAC) and return on marketing investment (ROMI); manage member-facing Engage inbox with timely, accurate responses within one business day.
Strategic Analytics & Reporting: Perform data mining across multiple sources (Salesforce, web analytics, event platforms, financial systems) to uncover growth opportunities; build predictive models for member renewal likelihood and upsell propensity; create data visualizations that translate complex metrics into executive-ready insights; present quarterly business reviews with trend analysis, cohort performance, and strategic recommendations; benchmark engagement KPIs against industry standards and historical performance.
General & Administrative: Model Filene Credo and help maintain the culture of the organization through personal and cross-functional accountabilities; support Filene’s strategic objectives, plan, budget, and metrics in line with mission, values, and brand; provide extraordinary service to Filene’s staff, members, and stakeholders; understand and engage in Filene’s complete body of work including research and advisory programs to connect member needs with Filene solutions; prioritize and manage workload across multiple projects while meeting key deadlines.

Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or revenue operations required.
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required or obtained within 4 months of hire; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools; experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.
Credit union system experience desired, with a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities within the sector. For those without direct credit union experience, interest and excitement to learn a unique and growing industry is a must.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams with tools such as Monday.com and Smartsheet; juggle competing priorities with deadlines and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences and translate data into strategic narratives for executives.
Process Optimization: Ability to build scalable systems with clear documentation and SOPs; advocate for continuous improvement.
Intellectually curious about credit unions and their members; comfortable in a think-tank environment focused on ideation and reinvention; a passion for purpose and precision.
Travel expected up to 10% to fulfill role requirements.

Base Salary Range $83,100.00 - $124,700.00
