We are looking for a outside sales professional in the Aggregate industry — someone who drives business, this role is for a proactive seller who knows how to build relationships in the field, identify upcoming projects, and convert opportunities. Responsibilities
Proactively identify, pursue, and close new ready-mix opportunities Build relationships with contractors, developers, project managers, and estimators Stay ahead of upcoming jobs by working job sites, plans rooms, and local networks Quote projects and follow up relentlessly to win the work Grow assigned territory through consistent field activity, not desk sales Maintain key customer relationships while actively expanding volume Increase share of wallet with existing customers Address issues quickly to protect relationships and keep jobs moving Communicate closely with operations, and plant management Understand production capacity and pricing strategy Track pipeline, forecasts, and booked work accurately Benefits
