The

Account Executive

is responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with our closed‑user group B2B partnerships and driving revenue to meet established organization goals. The Account Executive is expected to have a good understanding of travel industry, specifically with B2B business development and account management strategies. The Account Executive is accountable for meeting growth targets for existing partner accounts and will assist in acquiring new revenue opportunities as necessary. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve for partner account needs and drive growth for their assigned accounts. This individual should have the analytical skills to assess affiliate potential and determine how to drive more volume to meet revenue expectations. The Account Executive must also possess an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to identify and evaluate growth opportunities and determine solutions that best fits their needs.

If the person identified for this role lives in the greater Orlando area, they will be required to work in the corporate office three days a week with the opportunity to work from home the other two days.

How You’ll Shine: 50% Account Management –

Own assigned B2B partnership portfolio and manage it through segmentation and growth potential

Work with analytics team to improve existing and create new reporting tools that will help in making decisions

Manage partner account activities in the CRM or other sales and reporting tools

Manage partner account contracts as needed

Produce and present KPI reports with partner accounts in a timely and effective manner

Produce and present KPI reports with leadership effectively

Maintains partner accounts database accuracy and integrity

Adjusts according to partner account status, natural disaster, contract status, information for publications, inventory management etc.

20% Sales –

Identify opportunities to onboard new/additional products/services through client discovery

Manage existing products/services, while identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities for goal achievement

Develop account plans for top partner accounts and identify potential growth and strategic goals

Build relationships with partner account's sales, operations, technology and marketing leaders

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide partner account feedback and solve for needs ensuring satisfaction with our products and services

Hold regular status meeting with key partner accounts to drive satisfaction and revenue potential

Determines growth opportunities by engaging partner accounts with our products/services that will enhance revenues to achieve goals

10% Industry Relations & Team Responsibilities –

Attend and participate in industry events; network to establish industry relationships

Gather competitor information and communicate appropriately

Communicate partner account issues/concerns to appropriate internal stakeholders

Increase personal industry knowledge and business insights

Support team through information sharing and being a subject matter expert

Work to accomplish team objectives and participate in assigned projects

20% New Business –

Evaluating potential leads and conducting initial prospecting when needed

Identifying and researching new travel products for partners

Travel Requirements

Infrequent travel required to adequately service affiliate, generate revenue and attend industry/company conferences. Estimate between 15% and 25% of individual's time with varying destinations required.

What You'll Bring: Education

BA/BS in business related field

Knowledge and Skills

Ability to self-manage, problem solve, good judgment and decisiveness

Self-starter with ability to achieve stretch goals

Ability to work effectively across teams to achieve results

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great business acumen with the ability to satisfy affiliate needs and grow revenues

Must be results driven and enjoy stretching to reach challenge goals

Technical Skills

Experience using Salesforce or Hubspot as an account management tool is preferred

Job Experience

5+ years of experience in B2B account management in the travel industry is required

Experience selling B2B products or services

Previous experience with a hospitality or travel technology company is required

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
