We’re hiring a Director of Housekeeping to own cleaning quality and consistency across a high-volume vacation rental cleaning operation.
This role exists to eliminate quality variance, reduce re-cleans and client complaints, and ensure every property meets clearly defined standards—regardless of cleaner, location, or day.
