Compensation:
Hourly + Commission Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls
Respond to and follow up on all internet inquiries via email and phone
Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
Assist Sales Managers with general business development tasks
Schedule customer appointments with Sales Representatives
Communicate effectively with customers and all dealership departments
Provide new customers with a positive first impression of the dealership
Qualifications
Friendly with a positive, professional attitude
Enjoys talking on the phone and assisting customers
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Able to follow direction, adapt to change, and work well under pressure
Ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns professionally
Committed to customer service and satisfaction
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Reliable and punctual
