Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and outbound channels
Support creation and distribution of marketing materials such as one-pagers, decks, and service summaries
Maintain campaign calendars, task lists, and timelines
Ensure messaging and materials align with service offerings and delivery readiness
CRM & Revenue Operations
Maintain CRM data hygiene for leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
Manage lead routing, assignment, and status tracking
Support sales and outreach teams with pipeline updates and follow-ups
Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards to ensure visibility
Lead Flow & Process Support
Monitor lead progression from marketing to sales to service delivery
Identify and address breakdowns in follow-up, tracking, or handoffs
Escalate issues and recommend process improvements
Ensure data accuracy for reliable leadership reporting
Success Indicators
Campaigns launch on time with flawless execution
Leads are tracked, routed, and followed up without gaps
CRM data is accurate and trusted by leadership
Sales and service teams have timely access to information
