What You’ll Be Doing Generating sales helps our business grow, and you’ll achieve continued growth by providing exceptional customer service. As a Hybrid Inside Sales Representative, you’ll take inbound and outbound calls from potential customers responding to new promotional communications. You’ll help customers understand how our wireless services will enable them to play, work, and live better, all while operating in a commissions-based environment remotely from your home office.

The Primary Responsibilities Of The Position Include

Generate sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.

Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.

Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.

Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound and outbound calls per day with minimal downtime between calls.

We’re hiring immediately. This isn’t an average entry-level position. Depending on experience, the role offers a base pay with a target commission structure. Our commission program allows unlimited potential to exceed quota.

Where You’ll Be Working This is a hybrid role requiring three weekly in-office days as set by the hiring manager. To be eligible, your home must be located within the state of Texas and within a reasonable commute to the Verizon hub location listed below.

Hub location: 600/700 Hidden Ridge, Irving, TX

What We’re Looking For You’re someone others look to for advice on the latest technology, motivated by challenging commission-based sales targets. Multi-tasking comes easy, even in a home environment without direct supervision. You are persistent, can build connections with diverse people, and communicate effectively.

You’ll Need To Have

Associate’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience (experience demonstrated through work or military service).

Willingness to work in a sales commission-based environment.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

An Associate’s Degree.

Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales.

2 or more years of sales experience.

Home Office And Virtual Office Requirements

Home office must be located within the state of Texas and within a reasonable commute to the hub location.

Internet with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem (at least 25 Mbps). Wireless or DSL is not acceptable.

A dedicated quiet, private workspace.

Periodic home audits via webcam to ensure workspace meets requirements.
