Responsibilities
Understand the company's needs and the DNA of our structure Participate in sourcing and be a real talent scout Meet customers' needs by positioning relevant profiles with regard to their prerequisites, whether employees or partners: CIBs, Asset Managers, Custodians and Fintechs. Sales development: act as a true spokesperson for the company with customers and prospects Manage consultants in post, monitoring assignments through regular meetings with principals and consultants.
