The Role at a Glance This Territory Business Coordinator will perform and deliver on routine and non-routine assignments for their assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. They are responsible for providing routine and increasingly more non-routine operational and sales support to the MoneyGuard External Wholesalers selected to be a part of the Territory Business Coordinator Program.

What you'll be doing

Reviewing wholesaler email correspondence, adding the appropriate compliance disclosures, and managing the Compliance Submission process to completion, which may require reviewing edits with team manager or other levels of management.

Reviewingand processingmarketing materials to be sent through our internal marketing system or mail merge emails.

Reviewingdaily workflow, enteringinformation into databases and completingother routine and increasingly more non-routine tasks and responsibilities.

Coordinating routine Roadshow, Lunch and Learn meetings, and routine virtual meetings for specified groups of wholesalers identified by Divisional Sales Managers.

Supportingthe personalized sales campaigns developed by participating wholesalers.

Supportingthe routine meeting series which includes budgets, venue selection, registration, compliance, and execution.

Providinga diverse range of information and performinga diverse range of tasks/transactions related to common programs and services.

Providingconsultative support and partneringwith wholesalers and other stakeholders as needed to provide routine and increasingly more non-routine sales support while maintaining fiscal discipline and adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.

Proactively buildingrelationships with wholesalers and other stakeholders as needed through active communication, and achievement of quality service for partners.

Extracting contact data from Salesforce to build targeted distribution lists that support wholesaler outreach and engagement strategies.

Developing monthly marketing campaign performance reports for Sales Managers that provide strategic decision-making insights.

What we’re looking for Must-have experience (required):

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

The pay range for this position is$23.13 - $31.93with

anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range

and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
