We are looking for a Social Media Manager for our office in Fornebu, Oslo. As a Social Media Manager you will elevate Norwegian’s presence across digital platforms by combining creativity, strategic thinking, and data insights. You’ll ensure a strong brand voice, create engaging content, drive impactful campaigns, and build an active and loyal online community. In this role you will be responsible for: Develop and execute Norwegian’s social media and influencer strategies. Create and manage high-quality content for paid and organic channels. Engage with followers and nurture an active, positive online community. Plan and execute paid social as part of integrated campaigns. Use testing, analytics, and reporting to optimise performance. Stay on top of trends and share best practices internally. Collaborate with Marketing, Comms, Customer Care, and other stakeholders. Support crisis communications and advise on tone of voice and platform use. Qualifications

You are our ideal candidate if: Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. Bring 3+ years’ hands-on experience. Are analytical, structured, proactive, and performance-oriented. Communicate clearly in English and thrive in cross-functional cooperation. Have experience with automation tools (e.g., Smartly) and social media business managers. Understand how each platform contributes to the total media mix. Are creative, curious, collaborative — and eager to push social media forward. You are fluent in English.
