The Manager, CRM Marketing leads guest lifecycle marketing, leveraging data insights to design personalized, automated campaigns that increase visitation, spend, and loyalty across all Tao Group Hospitality venues. This role combines strategic planning, marketing automation, and performance optimization
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, mobile push, in-app) using Marketing Cloud.
Own segmentation strategies within Data Cloud — e.g., guest tiers, frequency, spend bands, and behavioral triggers.
Build automated journeys for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
Partner with brand and design teams to create compelling creative briefs.
Monitor campaign performance, A/B test messaging, and optimize for engagement and ROI.
Collaborate with venue teams and hosts to align CRM activity with on-site guest experience.
Manage the CRM calendar for all lines of business: restaurants, nightclubs, dayclubs, and events.
Support loyalty program communications (tier updates, offers, and promotions).
Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
4–7 years in CRM, digital marketing, or loyalty marketing (hospitality or entertainment experience preferred).
Hands‑on experience with Marketing Cloud (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of segmentation, journey design, and retention strategies.
Analytical mindset; comfortable reading dashboards and optimizing based on KPIs.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
21+ years of age

5-25% Local Travel (United States)
Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume
May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required
Maintain a professional, neat, and well‑groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co‑workers in a professional, courteous manner
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to handle a fast‑paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
