Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz in Englewood, NJ is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our Business Development Center.
Business Development Representatives are responsible for generating sales appointments with customers via the internet, existing clients and incoming phone calls.
What You’ll Do
Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
Understand all products and services offered.
Make outbound calls and send emails.
Generate sales appointments for the dealership.
Follow up existing customers to create and confirm appointments.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.

$50,000 to $85,000 per year – includes commission pay
Monday to Friday work schedule
Work Holidays and Weekends when required
