Represent Rite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and deepen product knowledge Leverage this opportunity as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in Sales or Management Key Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role is welcomed Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs A self-starter attitude and drive to exceed goals A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others Open to traveling within the local market as needed Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available About Rite Window
