We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable starting conversations and bringing new people into the firm.
The Role
Your job is to open doors. You’ll spend a meaningful part of your day on the phone — mostly warm introductions, referrals, and targeted outreach — with some colder outreach mixed in. Your goal is simple: identify who’s a fit and set meetings for our advisors. Day-to-day:
Call into our target markets with a clear message and purpose Start real conversations and qualify interest Set first meetings for our advisory team Keep activity organized and follow a consistent outreach rhythm Work with advisors to hand off prospects smoothly Who Does Well Here

Clear expectations and coaching on communication, framing, and objection handling Exposure to high-level planning and client conversations A real path into planning, service advising, or advisory roles for the right person A tight-knit team that moves quickly and values accountability Requirements
