Customer Retention & Quoting Specialist
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most — Our Customers JM Test Systems is looking for a Customer Retention & Quoting Specialist who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping customers keep their operations safe and compliant. In this role, you’ll be a key connection point between our customers, sales team, and internal operations—ensuring timely recalibrations, accurate quotes, and a smooth overall experience.

What You’ll Do
Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming or overdue equipment recalibrations and safety testing
Prepare clear, accurate service quotes and respond to customer inquiries
Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to support quoting and customer needs
Maintain accurate customer and equipment records in our CRM and internal systems
Use tools like CalMapp and CRM to track follow-ups and identify service opportunities
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed communication history
Log customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Work cross-functionally to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, sales support, quoting, or a similar role preferred
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Comfortable making follow-up calls and building long-term customer relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
