Business Development Representative (BDR)
to identify, engage, and cultivate new customer relationships that strengthen loyalty and drive long-term partnerships with
AllPoints , our parts distribution brand. As the first point of contact for potential customers, the BDR plays a vital role in the sales process. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong research skills and a passion for helping businesses solve problems. You’ll be responsible for identifying qualified leads, understanding their operations and challenges, and demonstrating how AllPoints can be a trusted, go-to parts supplier. We’re seeking someone who combines excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to deliver value to customers. Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers through various prospecting strategies. Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to generate interest and schedule discovery meetings. Understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives to tailor solutions and align offerings effectively. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to increase engagement and pipeline opportunities focused on increasing loyalty. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure first-in-class customer experience. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce). Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Education or Formal Training
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
Certifications
No certifications required for this position
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience Experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales quotas Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software Experience of sustained outbound call volume of 50-80 calls per day to prospects, driving new contacts and opportunities on every call through SF.com, or other platforms
Travel Requirements Working Conditions
Position is 100% On site Position requires individual to utilize a computer for long periods of time Position requires individual to work independently Position requires individual to work in a fun group setting
Physical Requirement
Position requires individual to sit for long periods of time Position may require lifting of up to 10lbs
