to their team. This role sits at the center of
Sales, Strategy, and Operations , supporting high-impact client opportunities through RFIs, RFPs, and complex questionnaires.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys
owning proposal workflows , collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring responses are not only accurate—but strategically positioned and client-ready.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own and coordinate responses to
RFIs, RFPs, bids, and detailed client questionnaires
Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to ensure responses are
strategically aligned , well-written, and competitive
Draft, edit, and organize proposal content to ensure
clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Ensure submissions meet
client requirements, deadlines, and quality standards
Due Diligence & Client Readiness
Coordinate the collection of
financial, compliance, and operational documentation
for due diligence
Support preparation for
client audits and third-party evaluations
Validate accuracy and completeness of information prior to submission
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with
Sales, Operations, Legal, Quality, IT, and Finance
Gather and consolidate subject-matter input efficiently
Act as the central point of coordination to keep proposals moving forward
Tracking, Deadlines & Metrics
Track all client requests, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end
Maintain a clear history of submissions and responses
Monitor progress, follow up on open items, and flag risks early
Produce basic metrics around
turnaround time, workload, and process efficiency
Proposal Library & Process Improvement
Maintain and continuously improve a
centralized proposal repository
Ensure templates, standard responses, and reference materials are current
Support ongoing improvements to proposal processes and documentation standards
What We’re Looking For Required Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience
managing RFIs, RFPs, bids, or client questionnaires
Experience supporting
complex, multi-stakeholder proposals
Comfortable working across teams and managing
multiple deadlines at once
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Life Sciences, Logistics, Marketing, or related field
Language Requirement
Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
