Key Responsibilities

Develop Future-Ready Data Strategy: Design and implement a holistic data strategy that supports current business needs and future AI/analytics capabilities. Business Alignment: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into data-driven initiatives across supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations. Data Governance & Quality: Establish governance frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, and interoperability. Enable Advanced Analytics & AI: Drive adoption of modern architectures and platforms to enable predictive analytics, machine learning, and real-time insights. Change Leadership: Promote data literacy and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in data strategy, governance, or enterprise data architecture, with proven success in large-scale transformation. 3+ years with cloud-based data architecture (Databricks, Azure, AWS). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare, supply chain, and finance data domains, including KPIs and compliance requirements. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data modeling, integration patterns, MDM, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts. Strategic Vision: Ability to design future-proof architectures that scale for advanced analytics and AI workloads. Leadership & Communication: Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and articulating complex concepts clearly.
