Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, located in the Inland Empire, CA. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for direct contact with customers to identify customer satisfaction ratings and up-sale opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include contact with various customers, on-site visits, and proactively identifying customer needs. Strong communication, organization and customer relationship skills are necessary. Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices Strong skills in Communication and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Ability to work collaboratively and independently Strong organizational and time management skills Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales support, or a related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer support is advantageous
