a limited number of seats , and the individuals we bring on will be cross-trained directly by senior leadership as we scale into multiple new markets. This role is ideal for someone who wants a

career start , enjoys working with people, and wants hands-on development—not someone who just wants a job. You’ll learn everything on the job. No experience required. What You’ll Do

Conduct

business-to-business outreach

to showcase and represent telecom solutions for small–mid sized companies Work directly with our sales & business development leads to understand client needs and deliver high-quality service Participate in a structured

cross-training program

(sales, client acquisition, team leadership, and market expansion) Learn how to manage client accounts, track performance, and communicate solutions confidently Collaborate in a fast-paced environment that values competitiveness, outgoing energy, and ambition Contribute to weekly growth targets as our organization prepares to open additional markets nationwide Represent our partner brand with professionalism during in-person and outreach interactions Competitive mindset (sports, fitness, leadership, or high-performance background a plus) Outgoing communicator who enjoys connecting with people Someone who wants growth Able to work full-time, start quickly, and be part of a rapidly scaling team What You’ll Get
