Overview The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is at the heart of delivering critical communications, from the credit cards in our customers' wallets to their essential statements and letters. We build the cutting-edge platform capabilities that ensure these billions of pieces of correspondence are produced and delivered seamlessly. As a Product Manager on our Outbound Correspondence team, you will own the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to development and launch, driving the core technology that powers our Credit Card Statements generation and production. You will collaborate across Software Engineers and Architects, as well as partners in Supply Chain, Operations, and various business stakeholders. Your mission is to understand internal and external customer needs and translate them into innovative capabilities that optimize and transform Statements production.
We seek a visionary Product Manager who blends robust product management expertise with a strong understanding of data systems, processing, and user needs. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and demonstrate matrixed leadership across internal and external partners will be crucial to your success.
Responsibilities
Own the full product lifecycle for the Outbound Correspondence platform from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with Software Engineers, Architects, Supply Chain, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities that power credit card statements production.
Translate internal and external customer needs into innovative features and capabilities.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
Compensation and Benefits The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Cap One does not sponsor for this role. Locations and ranges: Chicago, IL: $101,100 - $115,400; McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900; New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400; Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400. For other locations, pay is as per location. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses or long-term incentives. Capital One offers a comprehensive benefits package. Eligibility varies by status and level.
