Position Overview As a Marketing Coordinator/Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive customer engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our social media platforms, curate engaging content, and foster a vibrant online community. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure cohesive branding and consistent messaging across all marketing channels
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Social media platforms:
Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Content creation:
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
Trend monitoring:
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Community engagement:
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive and interactive online community.
Analytics:
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Marketing Campaigns
Campaign development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience.
Performance monitoring:
Monitor campaign performance and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Influencer and Partnership Management:
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and increase brand advocacy.
Partnerships and sponsorships:
Negotiate and manage partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to amplify brand exposure and drive sales.
Branding and Content Creation:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
Content creation:
Contribute to the creation of high-quality and engaging visual content, including graphics, photos, videos, and infographics.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Market research:
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, target audience preferences, and industry best practices.
Competitive analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay informed and propose innovative marketing ideas.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and excellent grammar.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and engaging content.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership management is a plus.
Passion for fashion and a good understanding of current industry trends.
