
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
who lives and breathes brand, content, and customer connection. This is a ‘build-it-with-us’ role. It is hands-on, fast-paced, creative and analytical. A role for someone who gets excited by growth, storytelling, and building community around a brand people love. We’re a high-volume, fresh, fast-casual concept with multiple locations and big expansion ahead. That means constant content, lots of momentum, and endless opportunity to make an impact. WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Social Media & Content Creation
— Manage all social media platforms across multiple locations; Create and/or oversee photography and video content; Capture in-store moments, food, team culture, and launches; Plan content calendars and execute consistently; Stay ahead of trends while staying true to brand voice
Website & Digital Presence
— Own all website content and updates, keeping our site fresh, current, and visually strong; Ensure accuracy across menus, locations, hours, and promotions; Continuously improve visuals, flow, and guest experience; Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms, helping turn issues into loyalty moments; Work with operations to identify patterns and insights; Implement and optimize local SEO listings for all locations; Ensure consistent brand messaging everywhere guests find us
Email & Direct Marketing
— Build and manage email campaigns and automations; Support promotions, new launches, seasonal campaigns; Segment audiences and improve engagement over time; Work closely with ownership and Creative Director on messaging and tone
Digital Menus & Visual Updates
— Maintain & update in store digital and OLO menus, making the menu look as good as it tastes; Improve visual presentation and clarity; Support new product launches and limited-time items; Partner with operations and culinary teams
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
— Track performance across all digital channels; Identify and report on what’s working and what’s not; Continuously test, refine, and optimize
Customer Relations
— Bring hospitality into inboxes and DMs; Create systems for thoughtful, on-brand responses; Support a hospitality-driven digital experience (our hospitality doesn’t stop at the counter!)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years in digital marketing or content-driven roles
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
Strong photography and video skills (phone + camera comfortable)
Deep understanding of social platforms and trends
Strong writing and storytelling ability
Highly organized and self-directed
Comfortable in fast-moving environments
Obsessed with brand consistency and detail
